February 19, 2025, the 2025 Marketing Strategy Layout Meeting of Shanghai
Shenghua Cable Technology Group was grandly held at the Shenghua Technology
Building. The conference was themed "Unite with One Heart, Move Forward
with Courage, and Create Brilliance Together."
The
meeting was attended by Liu Mingbiao, Marketing General Manager of the Group
Headquarters; Wu Wenyuan, Vice President; Yang Feng, General Manager of the
Market Development Department; Fang Junzhou, Director of the Risk Control
Department; Wang Pingping, Manager of the Foreign Trade Department; Liu
Ningtao, General Manager of the Central China Region, and his sales elite team.
Zheng Ben, Vice President of Shanghai Shenghua Cable Group and General Manager
of the Marketing Department of Jiangtong Shenghua (Shanghai) Cable Co., Ltd.,
was specially invited to attend. The meeting was chaired by Fang Junzhou.
Vice
President Zheng Ben, on behalf of the Chairman, extended a warm welcome to all
attendees and delivered an important speech on the 2025 work plan. He reviewed
the company's development journey, from the era of Industry 1.0 to the current
Industry 4.0, emphasizing that digital transformation has become an
irreversible trend. He stressed that the company should always adhere to

driving continuous progress amid change. Quoting an ancient saying, "No

life fluctuates, it should always value people," he reminded everyone to

contributed to the company's development. He emphasized that the company's
success relies on internal harmony and collaboration, where shareholders unite
to gather strength, directors fulfill their duties to lead the way, managers
leverage their skills to unlock potential, and employees dedicate themselves to

powerful synergy and remain invincible in the fierce market competition. In the

General Manager Liu Mingbiao extended greetings to the elite teams working in

Yang
Feng, General Manager of the Market Development Department, emphasized that
sales professionals must possess a high degree of market sensitivity, quick
response capabilities, and continuous learning ability, which are the core
qualities of successful salespeople. Market sensitivity not only means reacting
quickly to market trends but also includes a deep understanding of customer
needs, precise grasp of competitor dynamics, and keen insight into industry
changes. First, salespeople need to stay attuned to market changes, including
macroeconomic factors such as policies, regulations, economic conditions, and
technological advancements, which can directly impact customer needs. Through
communication with customers, salespeople can identify their pain points,

Pingping, Manager of the Foreign Trade Department, believes that the
