2025 Shenghua Technology Group Marketing Strategy Layout – Central China Sales Elite Salon

On the morning of February 19, 2025, the 2025 Marketing Strategy Layout Meeting of Shanghai Shenghua Cable Technology Group was grandly held at the Shenghua Technology Building. The conference was themed "Unite with One Heart, Move Forward with Courage, and Create Brilliance Together."
The meeting was attended by Liu Mingbiao, Marketing General Manager of the Group Headquarters; Wu Wenyuan, Vice President; Yang Feng, General Manager of the Market Development Department; Fang Junzhou, Director of the Risk Control Department; Wang Pingping, Manager of the Foreign Trade Department; Liu Ningtao, General Manager of the Central China Region, and his sales elite team. Zheng Ben, Vice President of Shanghai Shenghua Cable Group and General Manager of the Marketing Department of Jiangtong Shenghua (Shanghai) Cable Co., Ltd., was specially invited to attend. The meeting was chaired by Fang Junzhou.
Vice President Zheng Ben, on behalf of the Chairman, extended a warm welcome to all attendees and delivered an important speech on the 2025 work plan. He reviewed the company's development journey, from the era of Industry 1.0 to the current Industry 4.0, emphasizing that digital transformation has become an irreversible trend. He stressed that the company should always adhere to quality as the foundation, efficiency as the guide, and service as the purpose, driving continuous progress amid change. Quoting an ancient saying, "No matter how tall a tree grows, it should never forget its roots; no matter how life fluctuates, it should always value people," he reminded everyone to stay true to their original aspirations and not overlook anyone who has contributed to the company's development. He emphasized that the company's success relies on internal harmony and collaboration, where shareholders unite to gather strength, directors fulfill their duties to lead the way, managers leverage their skills to unlock potential, and employees dedicate themselves to achieve brilliance. Only by abandoning selfishness can the company form a powerful synergy and remain invincible in the fierce market competition. In the future, the company must hold onto its original aspirations, discern right from wrong, provide suitable platforms for every employee, and create growth opportunities. In an uncertain environment, the company must seize certainty, open new horizons amid changes, achieve breakthroughs in challenges, and pursue win-win outcomes in competition.
Marketing General Manager Liu Mingbiao extended greetings to the elite teams working in distant markets. He noted that the market environment is ever-changing, and competitors are continuously improving. Therefore, the company must remain clear-headed, continue to enhance itself, and not be satisfied with the status quo. He emphasized optimizing sales strategies, focusing on customer segmentation, and developing personalized sales plans for different customer groups. "Customers are the foundation of our existence," he said, urging everyone to always center on customers, deeply understand their needs, and provide better services. Only by winning customers' trust can the company achieve long-term stable growth. He also highlighted the need to increase investment in emerging markets and seek new growth points. He outlined the 2025 strategic plan and sales targets, emphasizing that achieving these goals requires the full commitment of every colleague. He called on everyone to work together, face challenges, and create even more brilliant achievements.
Yang Feng, General Manager of the Market Development Department, emphasized that sales professionals must possess a high degree of market sensitivity, quick response capabilities, and continuous learning ability, which are the core qualities of successful salespeople. Market sensitivity not only means reacting quickly to market trends but also includes a deep understanding of customer needs, precise grasp of competitor dynamics, and keen insight into industry changes. First, salespeople need to stay attuned to market changes, including macroeconomic factors such as policies, regulations, economic conditions, and technological advancements, which can directly impact customer needs. Through communication with customers, salespeople can identify their pain points, expectations, and purchasing motivations, thereby providing more targeted solutions. Finally, salespeople must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly. In a rapidly changing market environment, only by continuously acquiring new knowledge and mastering new skills can they remain invincible in the fierce competition.
Wang Pingping, Manager of the Foreign Trade Department, believes that the international market is vast and full of potential but also fraught with challenges.
