Rubber insulation and sheathed flexible cables 

Application
This product is suitable for household appliances, power tools and various mobile electrical equipment with AC rated voltages of 450/750V and below.


Characteristics
1. YQ type:300/500V.  YZ type: 300/500V.  YC type:450/750V.
2. The long-term allowable working temperature of the wire core ≤65°C.
3. The YCW type cables have weather resistance and certain oil resistance, and is suitable for use outdoors or where it is exposed to oil.
4. ZR-YQ, ZR-YZ, ZR-YC type cable has flame retardant properties. 


Main technical performance 
1. The insulated core can withstand the AC 50Hz power frequency spark test without breakdown.
2. The insulation resistance between the insulated cores of the finished cable is not less than 50M at +20℃ and one kilometer in length.
3. The finished cable insulation cores can withstand AC power frequency voltage test without breakdown.

Delivery length
1. The length of the coil is 100m or an integral multiple of 100m, and the length of the coil is more than 100 meters.
2. Allow the delivery of short-length cables with a length of not less than 10m, but the quantity shall not exceed 10% of the total length.
3. It is allowed to deliver according to the length agreed by both parties, and the length measurement error should not exceed ±0.5%.
