Application

 General purpose single-core hard conductor non-sheathed cable, suitable for AC voltage 450/750V and below power plants, household appliances, instruments and telecommunications equipment for cable and wire. Common insulated wire, household wire, is the most commonly used type of wire.Intrumentation cables CU/PVC/PVC in the CCC and CE mark certification, in line with the requirements of HD (European Union harmonized standards), not only can be applied to the Chinese market, but also applicable to the European market.


Construction

Conductor:Annealed or tinned copper, sizes:0.5 mm², 0.75 mm² solid(Class 1) to BS6360.
Insulation:

PE (Polyethylene) type 03 to BS6234

Outer sheath:

PVC Sheath, type TM 1 or type 6 to BS 6746

Sheath colour:

Red, yellow, blue, green, black, white, bicolor (yellow, green), brown(requested by customer).

Operating temperature:0˚C up to + 70˚C
Maximum conductor temperature:160˚C
Minimum bending radius:10 x overall diameter.
